brownells will not ship that item - i know because i actually tried ordering that exact item, they just removed it from my order and i got a note saying:

** NOTES ** SIR: HAVE CANCELLED THE FLASH HIDER AS
IT IS DEEMED A SME PART AND CAN NOT BE
SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY. THANK YOU.

also, AFAIK all of the above choate brakes/hiders are attached with a bottom roll pin (not top like the other styles and factory front sight) and will require minor smithing of the barrel.

i am assuming this is for an older Mini-14 -- it is important to distinguish between the older and new 580 series Minis as the old flash hiders/brakes will not fit the new rifles. another option is having your smith thread the barrel for widely available AR-15 brakes.
