Mini 14 gas blocks

Does anyone here know if the old school GB gas blocks will fit onto the new 580, 581 series minis?

I've been trying to complete my A-team style mini-14 for the last few years and this is the only part missing.

Someone here (Brobee??) used to convert Minis to GB style barrels.
