mini 14 optic mounting

Hello, I have a newer mini ranch model, I would love to mount a holo sight on it. I'm wondering if anyone here has any sugestions on where to find and buy a mounting system online in Canada. For people who unaware the mini uses a proprietary mounts on the action for scoperings. I would consider a red dot but the supplied rings are 1 inch, which limits the options to a Milett from my research so far. My girlfriend has a holo sight on her 10/22 and it is great for plinking and such, which is really all I use my mini for.

Any suggestions on where to get my mini hooked up with a top rail would be awesome.
My local stores don't really seem to have many suggestions.

I don't who carries the mount, but the Weigand may work for your optics.

Pretty much what I'm after, no drilling and tapping. Nice reasonable price.

Amega Ranges and Ultimak make forward rails that replace the plastic top cover but I have yet to find a Canadian distributor.
Not sure what paperwork would be involved in shipping one up from the U.S.
