i have my mini 14 target that shot moa all day but now that its in the sparta stock its not shooting the same . have any of u had this problem and found a cure

Look for somewhere the stock is pushing against the barrel. If it isn't that check that the receiver is solid in the stock and that your scope rail has no movement.
I don't own one but when changing stocks and optics mounting systems there are only a couple things it can be.
Good luck

its shifting and the groups opened up i lightly bedded it around the trigger group to stop any slop . i wonder if thr scope is doing this its a tasco
the groups will jump up and down

Put it back in the old stock, and see if it improves.
If it doesn't, change the scope.

The Sparta upper rail *does* mount to the lower stock assembly instead of on the Mini 14 receiver and barrel - if the receiver and barrel slops even a little bit within the stock you're going to lose the zero of the optic on the rail.

My Mini 14 target did the same thing with a Tasco scope. Changed up to a Bushnell Elite and all is well now.
