Mini Book Review: "The Ultimate Sniper" by Maj. John Plaster
I just finished reading "The Ultimate Sniper" (updated and expanded version) by Maj. John Plaster. I'm a newbie to precision rifle and found tons of useful info on ballistics, gear, tactics, etc.
It was very easy reading with lots of pictures, diagrams and tables. I'm sure I'll make use of it as a reference in the years to come. Overall a very enjoyable read!
I picked mine up at Seals Action Gear. You can see more details about the book at:

P.S. It turns out is was Maj. Plaster who was responsible for co-designing the Choate Ultimate Sniper stock - blame him if you think it's ugly!
