Just got a small batch in, these are serious fun!

The Keystone Mini-Mosin carries on the Spirit Of Alexei Romanov, the heir to the Czar of Russia. The original was a half scaled fully functioning Mosin Nagant which used half scale ammunition. It was presented to Alexei so that he could master marksmanship and one day rule the empire by example. Description says weight: 2.8lbs. Is that supposed to be KG by chance? Less than 3lbs is Savage Rascal territory, and this looks to have a lot more going on than a Rascal.

Very cool rifles. Wish I could afford one. Stupid truck needing a new transmission.....

They are 2.8 lbs not kg
 
I so wish I had the damn money I'd buy one I love my Mosin and I'd love to have a mini one, have the big one for big game and the little one in my arms for small game on the way
 
I held one of these a few weeks ago at my LGS. So much want, and I'm not even a surplus rifle guy. :) Looked Daisy-Red-Ryder size compared to the other guns on the rack, but the scale/proportions of this little reproduction is/are impressive. I have 22s I already don't reach for, so this wasn't actually a "real" temptation...but I'd still love to own one. Very faithful to the original, aesthetically.
 
I've never seen one of these in person are they big enough for an adult to use comfortably or are they sized for kids? I don't have any kids but I do have an awful temptation to buy one of these.
 
Definitely tiny but still looks fun. I guess worst case I buy it and wait 5 years until my niece is old enough to use it.

LOP is pretty short. 11.5 inches, which is 2"+ shorter than your average full size rifle.
