Minox Warranty Repairs in Canada?

Hello,

Does anyone know the contact info for whichever company is doing warranty repairs for Minox in Canada? I have a scope that lost a large O-Ring that secures the Objective Lense in the Scope Tube. The O-ring needs replacing, which is well beyond my capabilities. Thanks in advance for any leads....

I had one about 5 yrs ago that needed warranty work and sent it back to the US. The guy I delt with was Greg Clark. Still have his email and info if you need it........pm me........Superb guy to deal with, sent me a new scope no issues at all shipping or receiving.

Hello Bartok5. Greg Clark no longer deals with Minox scopes. NECO had a parting of the ways. Minox USA can't deal with warranty issues from Canada. They don't have the ITAR permits. If you send it to the states, they can't return it to you. It will have to go to Germany. I know this from personal experience. Be prepared for a very long wait. They don't want to answer emails. I had point of impact issues with a scope. 3 scopes later, and no satisfaction, they offered to refund my money. I took it. From start to finish, this took 3 years.
