We reloaded some different rounds for a 7mm mag using new magnum cci magnum primers seating the primers right off the press during firforming new brass in his savage chamber we had a couple misfires.Changed to older cci magnum rifle primers and had 4 misfires at the range today anyone have any insight to the problem primers looked to be seated properly

What did the firing pin indentations on the primers look like? I suspect light strikes. This could be caused by either a weak firing pin spring or crud in the bolt body.
That said, CCI primers are generally considered the hardest to ignite compared to Winchester, Remington, or Federal.

Assuming uncontaminated primers, I would say the problem lies in the firing pin/spring assembly.
