misfires

We reloaded some different rounds for a 7mm mag using new brass magum cci magnum rifle primers and had misfires primers were seated with the press.
Changed to old style cci magnum rifle primers and had the same results.Anyone with any ideas this is from a new savage arms rifle

Dissassemble bolt and clean before using new rifle? Primers not seated to bottom of pocket? Possibility of primer contamination before or during reloading?

First things that come to my mind. Especially in that its coming from 2 different batches of primers.
