Missed the NB turkey Draw!

The previous 2 years the draw for a wild turkey permit in NB was held in April for the May season. Check the DNR NB web site yesterday to see when the draw was and it was FEB 12-23rd 2024. Did I really miss the draw or is this a mistake on the web sight?
