I just took possession of a slightly used 9mm JR Carbine and had to swap it from left hand to right hand. Upon dis-assembly of the bolt I found that there was no extractor spring in place. I understand how this part of the firearm works and wonder if I am safe to try and use it without the spring?
When I lost the spring in my SR-22 I had constant failure to eject's, should I expect the same result with this one?
Anyone know of something or some way to find a spring that will work? I took all the clicker pens in the house apart but those springs are a bit to big in diameter, any other suggestions while I wait to order a new one from JR Carbine?
