Mission First Tactical 10 round pistol mags... a worthwhile purchase for first AR?

Everyone seems to be selling these MFT 10 round mags, yet I can't really find any good reviews on them. What's all the hoopla about? Are they great mags, or is it just the novelty of being able to shoot 10 rounds per mag? Will it be something I kick myself later for not buying? I'm ordering PMAGS and C Products stainless mags, a couple each, and wasn't sure if the MFT mags would be worth grabbing as well.

Same here, have worked fine, easy to disassemble and a nice thick base plate for drop use/abuse.

No issues with mine, I got LARs and MFTs. Seem to be about the same in quality.

I have a number of MFT mags for my MR1. A lot nicer to use than the factory mag, and easier to load as well.

I just grabbed a couple to try out, sure hope they function better than the ATRS mags for me, they would not run in my AR at all, hope MFT will function properly

Sorry to revive an old thread, but.... I recently bought a 4 of these mags. I have an xcr-l and these function flawlessly. I am very pleased with them and have no regrets buying them. They work just as well as my steel 10 round rob arms mags. I do like that they have drainage holes for water. They drop free like they are supposed to and fit with zero issues. Just my 2 cents worth.
