Hi,
Has anyone been to the Mississauga range before or anyone belong to the club who can tell me more about the range itself please? I live not too far from the location so would like to know more about the club ...

I went there as I live close as well it is a very small range. I didn't feel to welcomed when I went there probably due to my age. I would suggest looking at Burlington range it's one of the better ranges you'll find around.

Range

From when I was last there the range is only 25 yards and they only cater to pistol calibers. Very strict about 5 rounds in the gun only including handgun. Things may have changed but I don't know as I have not been back. I live really close to them and have decided a few years back to go to Range Burlington. You have 24/7 access to 50 yards and you can shoot anything upto and including 50BMG. Indoor range meansyear round access.

I shot great IPSC matches there because of the smallness , all the stages were close and fast ! The club however is very limited shooting - not worth getting involved. Silverdale (outdoor) or BRRC (indoor) are much better. Its Easier to get into Silverdale - no waiting period no probation , no attending the different disciplines and getting your card signed off etc. - instant membership !

It's handguns only. It was a pit(dark, cold and noisy) the last time I was there. Not recently. One of the members delivers to the place I'm working. He said they've made some improvements. Didn't say what though.
