Mitchell Custom 1911 right side mag release

Anyone in Canada stocking these? I need one for my wife's SR1911.

I can't get a phone call answered and their web site doesn't offer direct ordering. Brownell's does not carry them, or any other similar product.

I think that would be extremely difficult to get up here.

A much easier route would be to get an ambi safety.

Speed Shooters International carries them... But they appear to be "out of stock" at the moment. I'd give them a call to see when the next shipment may be coming.

Cylinder and Slide also makes and ambi 1911 mag release. A friend of mine who is cursed with lefthandedness uses one on his 1911s. His reloads are in the 1.2-1.3 second range, so it seems to be working for him...

Finally got thru by phone. That are back ordered on the mag release, so it must be popular with lefties. I will have no trouble getting it once they are available.
He told me that Brownells said it was too "specialized" for them to stock.
