Mixing Ammo Types 303 Brit...good or bad

I have been shooting 180 grain Winchester Super X with my 303 British, for the past few years (sighted in with this brand). I just got back from the local sporting goods store, and they don't carry that ammo anymore. So, I bought a box of Remi Express Core-lokt 180 grain. I was told that it will make a BIG difference, and I should sight in the scope again. I'll shoot off a few rounds, to make sure, but, how much of a difference will this make?

There could be a bit of a difference, and you should make sure the rifle is sighted to your satisfaction. I would doubt that there will be a dramatic change.
