MK II FVT Peep Replacement?

I have a Savage FVT and wish to replace the stock receiver peep sight. Having to use a screwdriver to unlock/adjust sight settings is too burdensome and I wish to have a click adjustment sight fitted. The "Search" option has not revealed any references. Has any CGN'er had luck in replacing their MK II receiver sight?

Have they changed something on the FVT?? I had two and they both had target knobs as the one shown in the picture to adjust the sights. NO SCREWDRIVER NEEDED!

The sights are only locked if you are never, never going to change them.

If you get an 11mm dovetail cut on the action you're choice of peep sights are huge.
