It's been said countless times on this board and in this thread. If the design isn't a variant of an existing restricted firearm or doesn't have the physical characteristics of a restricted firearm as prescribed by law, then it is NOT a restricted firearm. It must therefore be considered non-restricted.

Scar is not a named prohib therefore a look a like would not be a prohib

The big risk isn't this thing getting shut dow by the FRT. I'm thinking FN lawsuits would fry this before an FRT did.
