Does anyone know the differences between these two semi auto AR style shotguns? From what I've read the MKA 1919 Match is the orginal AR style shotgun to hit the market, and retails for a $2-300 dollars more than the UZKON BR99. Is one actually better than the other?

We're probably biased, but the biggest differences are going to be the warranty (10 years 1919, vs 3 years br99) forward side charging handle, and AR-15 telescoping rear stock. Depends on the models, but some BR99 models do not have aluminum quadrails or AR-15 pistol grips.

Haven't seen a BR99 in the flesh but the 1919 fit and finish is superb. We have also never had one come back for repairs.

I've no idea about the UZKON, but I do have the MKA 1919 Match that I acquired from Tactical Imports ............. has about 300 rounds through it now and has run flawlessly. This is not the "crappy, box mag fed shotgun of the past that used to jam and misfeed" ............. the one I have ran perfectly straight out of the box. I really like it - lots of fun.

I have a BR99, right out of the box I was dumping mags at full speed without any issues at all. When taken apart it looks identical to an older model Akdal that I believe it was modelled after. Google searches reveal it to be a reliable gun, Atlantic Firearms in the US had it listed with good reviews and interchangeable parts with the Akdal. It feels solid as a rock, no issues with AS46 mags either. My 2 cents worth, but it has been around for awhile (as seen on YouTube) and I find it solid.
