MMMM...Sausages. Got my deer from the butcher today!

Sounds like most did OK! Next year I need to fill my Elk tag so I have more variety. I have my meat done at Sandyview Farms in Spruce Grove. It isn't cheap but it is excellent quality. I got black bean and salsa smokies and peperoni sticks along with the excellent Jerky they do. Hope everyone enjoys their harvest!
 
One very tasty doe that we mostly bottled-a lot of work to do at the time but such a time saver to heat it up after work!
