MO marked 91/30

Just picked up this Moison 91/30,it has some very interesting receiver markings,thought i would post a pic

Did a bit of research and found out its a ministry of defense rifle but whats strange about this is that the ministry was started in 52 and this particular rifle is double dated 1934/50,in any case an interesting rifle.If anyone as any more info about the mo marked rifles would be interested in hearing about it

I believe the second date is when the rifle was factory refurbished after WWII. Could be wrong though. I have seen an MO marked rifle with the second date 46.
