We have received our package from Ned Christiansen of Michiguns containing his excellent "Mother Of All Carrier Key Stakers." 
If anyone has an AR-15 carrier key that they feel requires a better staking, send it in and we'll sort it out for you. Price is $10 for restaking, postage only if the bolt came from AEI.
All new Stag Arms bolts from AEI will be MOACK'ed no charge if requested by the customer. So far we've had NO reports or problems with gas keys coming loose on Stag bolts, but the stake from the MOACK is definitely added insurance.
Also, we are now selling the Bravo Company USA bolt reliability kit. This kit includes a Crane Labs O-Ring, A 5 coil chrome silicon shot peened extractor spring with a black insert. These springs are beefier than the gold coloured Colt ejector spring. If you're not getting positive extraction from your higher mileage bolt, or looking to ensure positive ejection on that short barrel carbine, this is a great upgrade. $8.
Price for Complete Bolt and Carrier Assemblies remains the same with the BC USA Reliability Kit installed and MOACKS staking, and drops by $10 in standard configuration.
