Mod 70 Bolt Disassembly

I screwed up.

Forgot to #### the bolt before disassembling. I know,stupid.

What is the next best step??

YOu have to pry back the cocking peice and twist the asembky at the same time.

Just twist it until the cocking piece cams up. I just walked over to the gun cabinet and did one about 5 times. If you managed to get the bolt apart without the safety in the mid-position (or uncocked it after)then press the firing pin into your bench then set the safety to the mid-position. Its harder to explain than to do. You'll get it.
