I was under the impression that Marlin was going to quit making these as of last year. Either they have left overs or changed thier minds because it is in the new Russell's sports catalog I have.
I accidentilly bought dies for this round  and know very little about it, but for $620 I may have to buy one and find out. (Unless this is a cruel joke of some kind and there is actually none left for sale)
Is the recoil on one of these monsters as bad as I'm imaginning it would be??
How is it compared to the 45/70......ballistically speaking?
