Model 19 grips on a Model 69.

Just was bored so i interchanged the grips from my S&W Model 19 with those of my S&W Model 69.

It look good on the 44 mag, i will leave it this way. The rubber grips make the Model 19 look like an Alfa proj. Wood is Always awesome. My Model 69 with those grips now have a family look with the Model 29.

Pretty revolver. Honestly, those big grips look beautiful but never fit me. I have sold both my stock grips (from older 686-3s) and replaced them with Hogues or WHY.

Good advice, i will find out in the spring when i hit the range, its still unfired so it will be a surprise.

Depends on the grip frame. Wood grips work great on the Blackhawks!

I have a bunch of wood grips too. I take them out of the plastic bags they are stored in once in a while to admire them.

Depending, of course, if the guns in question are from the square butt or round butt era.
