They are new but I assume you can get them through a Remington dealer.

Also in .17 HMR nice.

I was looking at one before but did not here to much good info on rimfire central about especially for the price. With taxes in it will be over 1400.00 I went with one of the new Weatherby Mark XX11 great gun, assume accuracy as it an Anchutz action and barrel with am assume piece of wood on it.
