Those have been available for years and directly ship to Canada for a pretty low total cost.

Dr. Pearson rail. "PEARSONS TACRAIL, LLC – No-Drill Winchester Model 94" It's only really useful if one has a proper IER scout scope, or a red dot optic (but the latter could be mounted with a variety of solutions).

Hmm, I think its worth a investigation with a Red dot style!!
im also thinking about buying some jacketed projies for the 375Win, im using cast now but with a dot or scoped setup an maybe 100m or maybe a touch further could be consistant with this!!

The Pearson is a pretty solid option since it uses a side screw hole on the action receiver, the (buckhorn) rear sight dovetail and also a set screw tensioner to the barrel. As such, it doesn't look that streamlined or elegant per se but quite effective.

Other options for 'scout mount' rails on a top-eject include XS Sights which as I recall is a epoxy-bedded option also using the rear sight dovetail.

If you are only looking to add a red dot optic, then a small section rail is available from a number of makers using the rear dovetail. (Eg. Skinner Sights, Pearson and probably a number of other makers including those directly in OZ as it pertains to you).

With a scope it is a bit ugly but with a red dot it would be awesome!! Looks like a great mount, never seen it before! Thanks for sharing
