It's a K98k made by Sauer. ce is the maker code and there should be the year below it as well. The letters/numbers on the barrel are simply the lot, maker, and year of the barrel. Since your barrel is a 41 I would suspect your ce is a 41 or 42 as well.

haha, i couldnt remember your name. shoots awesome and i had it fully apart today which was cool.

im just trying to find out as much as i can other than what you told me, like which unit it was issued to and so forth

They didn't unit mark rifles in world war 2.

Where it served, and with what branch of the nazis is anyone's guess.
