So I bought a tuff22 mag and modified the receiver to accept it. I have found the little clips that go in the magazine a pain to use so I tried a modification on the BC magazine filler. Take about .096" off the filler as shown in the picture and the mag fits right in and works like a charm.
Hold the clip in place while you're filling the mag or it could be pushed out of the mag when you get full.
Edit: Using the HC3R mag I'm finding it doesn't like working well when full - 20 rds it seems to go really well, 25 not so much.
