I have looked and it appears as if no one makes an after market speed loader for the Remington 597 magazine, particularly the 30 round versions. I have an idea that I think might work but do not want to damage one of the mags before I asked what and if anyone else has tried to modify theirs. So has anyone successfully modified their mag in order to load rounds easier and how did you do it. I would like to try something before my thumb turns into one big callous. I have noticed speed loaders such as the uplula but they do not make one for the 597. Has someone modified one of those to work with the 597 mag. Any ideas would be great.
