SHOCKEZE trauma pads is made of a military grade composite material we specifically developed for the absorption of high kinetic/impact energy. It is ultra-lightweight, low density, low rebound rate, high tensile strength, and high tear resistance. They can maintain it’s shape even under prolonged pressure, with a recovery rate of over 98% after long-term compression. The material is capable of absorbing thermal energy (up to 50 degrees Celsius) without causing irreversible deformation, is breathable, and can be machine washed and air-dried for long term and repeated use in all environments.

Serial numbers are laser-engraved on all of our bullet resistant equipment, this allows us to know the day, time, operator, and sourced material of your equipment to ensure full product history and traceability.

That would be our HV-105 plate carrier. It comes in two models, made of 1000D flame-resistant nylon or 500D honeycomb nylon fabric, and a inner layer of 5mm highly breathable mesh fabric. Shoulder straps has our proprietary SHOCKEZE padding built in, and through out the carrier for unparalleled comfort with heavy gear, UTX hook-type attachment points at the back of the shoulder straps for attaching hydration packs or additional pouches. It has a Dual-layer ballistic plate compartments (separate compartments for soft/trauma and hard plates), and Quick-release buckles on shoulder and sides to quickly remove carrier in emergencies such as first aid. Also includes 6x6 side plate carriers made from 500D CORDURA. Price $385.
