I picked up a lovely 1892 French revolver and ordered some plated bullets from Henry for it. The trouble is, the bullets are .330 and my bore I have found out is .323! I have learned that rcbs used to make an 8mm Nambu mold that throws 110gr around .323 which would be perfect! However the key words there are "used to", it has been discontinued and is impossible to find. Does anyone have a suitable alternative that you can recommend?

Jet bullets sells .327 sized soft lead bullets. Maybe he can size them smaller. I bought a mold made by old west bullet molds of the EE a couple of years ago. I haven't gotten into casting yet so I don't know what it throws. But if you're willing to wait for the shipping you could look into them.

Order exactly what you need from Accurate Molds. They have a mold in their catalog for the 8mm French Ordnance. You can order it in pretty much any diameter you want.

Exactly what I intended to say. Accurate does each mould to order on a CNC machine, he will make it any diameter you want. This is his standard practice and it's built right into his online order form.

I placed my order for catalogue code 33-120L (non gas checked) at .323 diameter minimum in an aluminum 3 cavity mold. This was on April 12th. Last night I got the USPS tracking number, that's damn good turnaround considering Tom lists a 3 week estimate on his front page!
