That's correct i cut small holes in the tire and add bait,Normally the tire is hanging from the tree but she tore it down.

This video shot a couple years ago shows the bear working the tire.

We're seeing good healthy broods this year as well, these aren't this year's cubs of course but they're doing well and growing like crazy. Bears are a different species of course but same idea. Saw six Grizzlies in 24 hours within 15 miles of each other.

Whatever the wife puts in the green bin this time of year, maybe a little fryer oil for seasoning lol

In the fall they love a tire full of popcorn garnished with donut fryer oil.

I also use a ton of apples in the fall.
Also if you want to put a bear in close for archery use a splash of vanilla

Bears are so stupid you can bait them with a juicy bacon fart.

To whom it may concern It is completely legal to hunt bear over bait in Nova Scotia.

For those that don't realize it,Now is the time of year to watch for bears in open fields with green grass.For the next month bears will be in the green grass but as the grass gets taller it gets harder to spot them so take the kids and watch the fields.
 










Here is another mother with two year old triplets

You will notice the grass is getting high, as i mentioned in an earlier post it's getting harder to see them, especially when they lay down.
