Monarch 3 2.5-10x50 and optilock ?

Hi,
I have a Nikon Monarch3 2.5-10x50 that I plan to put on my new Tikka T3 hunter using the Optilock Mounts/rings.
Which ones would fit the best between the extra Low, Low or medium ? I like when the scope is close to the barrel
