Does anybody know of a manufacturer of a monolithic rail for the AR? I already have a flat top with a free float tube and I am looking to raise my sight line between 1/4 and 1/2 inch(12mm).Some thing that would mount to my existing rail would be ideal,similar idea to POF mono upper or LMT design. Any points in right direction or sug.greatly appreciated.

If I understand you correctly all you want is to keep your current freefloat system and just raise your sightline all the way?
What about the ARMS rail from the SPR Rifle? Is that what you are looking for?
ARMS also makes some freefloat rail systems where the top rail ends up being about 1/2" higher than the original flat top rail.
If what you're looking for is an actual monolithic upper then LMT and Vltor are some good options.
