i had the chance to share campfires for 10 days in Yukon.
this is a very good well known member from here.
i had the chance to meet him even before moving to Canada. thanks internet.

i ll post a lot of pictures. we had fun, hunting fishing and sharing good stories and most important we re back safe.

but what i learnt in many years of hunting and guiding is keeping a good spirit and we had such a great times.

and the people that stayed and stopped to share coffee, hot chocolate or tea wont say the contrary.

Woah! This is a tease - you can't do this. Mods, can he? Isn't this against some rules of some sort?

I was bugging Why Not(pretty sure this is the mystery man) for details as soon as you guys were back.

Now lets here your side of the story(finer details) ;) :)

monster moose up in the yukon country, seen quite a few racks in my younger days, that were easily bigger then the front of a truck. mutant animals lmao

We had a great time together: very shallow water, 5 days of rain, 4 days of high winds, great fishing, wonderful meals, ate too much, got lots of sleep, and called in a moose that another party going down the river shot at. C'est la vie! :D

Cut and split lots of wood, walked a lot, came home 10 pounds lighter, really well-rested, and looking forward to doing it again! Still plenty of time to get a moose.

Here's a few pictures to start.

I want to go on a yukon bull moose hunt and maybe a sheep hunt.
How does one go about doing such a thing without selling their first born?
Most outfitters I've seen online advertise near 20,000.00 when all is said and done.
Is there a more affordable way for a bc resident to hunt the yukon for moose?

Any suggestions or contacts for next season would be much appreciated.

Sheep no way for a non resident except via an outfitter.

moose under a special guide permit if you know a yukon resident.
