More CZ 457 Gunsmithing - Truing a CZ 457 Action.

I built mine off the cheapest CZ 457 synthetic I could find and sold off all the parts except the action and trigger. After putting it into a chassis and adding an IBI barrel and YoDave spring to the trigger, it shoots as well at the Vudoo I had before this. Ammo choice will be the most important thing.

That's like around $2000 right?

I’m Not sure but I think this is for longer than 22” @ larger then .860 diameter to reduce stress incurred by barrel droop. I run a 22” IBI Straight .920 and the barrel in the video looks larger in diameter and is 25”.

My IBI tube is a 22" spiral fluted Shnooble, 16 twist profit.
Here's what mine looks like

Not sure of the exact model at the moment because I am not at home, but the tripod and ballhead are the Chicom Leofotto. For the money, they very well built and are plenty strong to hold up even the heaviest centerfire PRS rifles but without the RRS price tag.

I love that DP Gunworks is taking the platform to the next level. The CZ 457 is quickly becoming the "10/22" of the 22LR bolt gun world with all the options available for the platform.
