Mosin 9130 value?

Recent auction sales seem to run $400+ for pre 1940's, some as high as $600. As a hex you'd perhaps look at another $50, add a bit more for an original sling and a bayonette. .. all that being on a day where there is no one looking to fill in a collection. I've seen some recent Ukrainian imports in the $400 to $500 range in commercial settings. If advertising it mention that its a dragoon, and the arsenal of manufacture .. both add a bit of cachet - Tula made the fewest dragoons. Another note is if its got a bayonette that has matching #'s that should add to the value as most became disconnected from their original guns either in battle or in refurb.

Condition and manufacturer as well as end user stamps make a huge difference in value.

Anywhere from $200 for one in FAIR ONLY condition, to $800+ for one in excellent condition, inside and out, with Finn markings.

Your description is way to vague.

Hello

Curious on the rough going rate for a 1924 matching 9130 is? Thanks.

A refurbed upgraded Dragoon is worth a wee bit more than a typical refurbed 91/30. The "matching" is assumed to be "forced matching" as most refurbs are- not a big deal. As to what the going rate for a refurb is, I'm going to say $350-400 for private sales. Auctions are not necessarily a good basis for comparison.
If it happened to be a Finn Dragoon with some originality that's a whole nuther ballgame.
