Mosin Detachable Muzzle Breaks

Has anyone tired these like the ones from Westrifle:

Do they work, how is your accuracy and do they damage the gun at all?

Years ago I had a fixed muzzle break (KDF) on a 338 Win Mag and it worked great. The only down side was while hunting how loud the report was.
