Mosin M19/59

hello all:

I've been offered a Mosin M91/59 at what seams like a rather good price. Not being familer with this model I looked it on the web and quite frankly the info on this model seams a bit iffy. Does anyone have any REAL information.

It's basically a post-war cut-down Mosin Nagant M91/30. There's nothing wrong with them - a proven modification. Anything else?
