It does not. this is not a Mosin Nagant sling. Look like something that attach to a backpack or something in this line. DILLIGAF posted the right type of sling for your rifle.

I have the bag to go with that sling. Use it for as a case for my Mare's Leg.

You will see them being put on svt40’s that have sling swivels also.
