Just got a all matching mint bore (looks unfired) m91/30 Tula hex receiver dated 1937 I cant read the date under the stock tang at back of receiver

stamped on the receiver is the tula star 1937 and under that is a few letters NMO and under that PM8 under that the serial # any info on the markings???
 
I don't know what it is...but the angle is greater than the other two ' M's visible. A slightly different Font as well. It resembles an ' N ' to my eye's as well.
 
I don't think it's an N or an M. It looks to be a 1/?

In the lower left corner by his thumb there is another N just out of a square box. IMHO something to do with the 48 refurb.
 
It's an MO double date stamped hex reciever, it's over the N. stamp. My MO double date hex is like this. How's your bore look? Mine and most other MO stamped firearms are pristine from all accounts.

 
Bore looks like its never been shot MINT! that's what sold me on it and the fact I didn't have a hex receiver in the collection

I've got a 1943 izzy with m/o date stamp and the bore isn't great. It's pretty dark and a little frosty
