Mosin Nagant 91/30 $259.99

Why are you are using a photo of a Mosin-Nagant Model 1891 to advertise Model 1891/30 rifles ? Or do you have some of those in stock also ?

1) resize your photos Sergei!!!

2) The mount you depict looks cast. Originals are machined. The vendors in Russia sell both. May I suggest that next time you buy the better quality mounts and not the cast ones which, in all honesty, are total crap - as reflected by the cheaper price at wholesale.

3) Finally, is $259 for a hand select on these? That would be more or less on par with other dealers offering hand select.

Those that I have in stock are made on the same machinery as it was made in the WWII. I have been to factory and have seen dates on the machinery. They can make it with the same stamps as wwii but the money they want for it is just ridiculous. No one will pay that much for extra few stamps.
As to rifles man I have so many request for those it is not even compare to sks requests. My mailbox is almost full. Sorry if you did not get reply right away I am still going through those. So I think the price is right on the spot.

It will be VERY interesting to see how many regular $250 91/30's the market can absorb. Same rifles in the US are selling everywhere for under $100.

Some are worth that (e.g. ex-snipers, rarer dates, etc.) but IMHO most are not.

I do wish all the importers the best of luck selling these though :)

When you buy in bulk your price drops (this how USA works) . I am not here to increase the price I am just going by what other dealers selling those. 91/30 is different than M44 that if you can find some would be 200 - 250 mark anyway. I brought small quantity. I had over 220 emails today alone. Those might all be gone by weekend. We will see.
