I recieved a new M44 and I've cleaned it up and hve put it together but am having a couple of problems with the alterations, and was hoping that someone might know how to help:a. How do you remove the pin from the front sight leaf??? I've tried to hammer it out but the damn thing won't budge and I can't think of how to get it out other than tapping!
b. Bolt re-assembly: I must be missing some really tiny secret, but it's preventing me from actually reassembling that damn thing! Does anyone have a trick or a better explenation than the US Ordenance manual I have??
If you can help me with either of these questions I'd really appreciate it!
