Mosin-Nagant parts

Anybody know where I can find parts for a 1940 dated Nagant rifle, should be a 91/30 model? I need both barrel bands and the sling and mounting arrangement. It has the two small oval steel plates in the stock which I believe are for a sling but I have no idea how it's mounted.
