Mosin prices at USA Cabela’s

Was doing some camping in LaConner Washington and went to the nearby Cabela’s at the outlet mall. I went to check out the used rifle selection, and saw a number of 91/30’s that had a price tag of $349! I didn’t notice anything special about them, apart from one hex, they were all run of the mill round wall receivers. I thought that M91/30’s were still cheaper in the States than they are here, but now I’m not so sure....

I've found regular Cabela prices a bit off the charts, unless it's on sale.

I thought all ComBloc milsurps command a premium due to their scarcity in the US from the import ban?

Mosins are old enough that they aren't caught up in the import ban.

Supply has dried up though, and the prices are starting to climb South of the border. Bigger market down there means the price climb is happening faster than up here.

Some of the USA milsurp prices are nuts. Supply is very tight right now.......here too.

I just got the one of the last hex 1931 Mosins from westrifle
Also got sniper version of Mosin from them
Mosins left at Canadian tire are really not the best...
I already missed SVT sniper so thought wouldn't loose my last chance with classic Mosins

I remember a few years back AIM surplus in the States was selling 91/30s for $99. (Also, refurbed 1898 Nagant revolvers for the same price). That’s why I was gobsmacked when I saw the ones at Cabelas.....

And he usually has pretty good prices!

Wish I bought one for $160 a few years ago. Probably gonna be twice that when I can get one in the coming months...

I bought a few of the $110.00 ones. Wish they were still that price as I'd buy a few more LOL. They are actually pretty nice, nicer than what I see at CT now for $239.00

Corwin sold out 350$ Mosins (I guess 400$ shipped to the door Mosin). Mosins are coming to the same level with Yugo Mausers.

Which is fkking amazing isn't it? I'll be searching the EE for a deal most likely, can't imagine paying mauser prices for a Mosin...
