Mosin question

Hi all, apart from the date what do these markings tell me about my 91/30,it's an Izzy right? Is this piece preferred over a Tula? Thanks in advance.

It is a izhevsk. I see more wartime izhevsk then I do Tula.
1942 mosins are a dime a dozen. It should shoot fine, but they are not very collectable at the current time.
