mosin red writing

Good evening CGN. I bought a matching Izhevsk m91 today locally. Its in great shape and I've been looking up the markings and learning lots. What can't find is the red writing. Mine was the only one in the crate with the red inlaid writing on the rear sight and bayonet. Its from 1939. Thank you for your time.
