mosin replacemt screws?

anyone know where i can find a screw for my mosin nagant that i foolishly lost. its the one that goes in where the tang is and it goes down towards behind the trigger and locks in the mag
 
i tried tradex but they dont have what i need, its called a "receiver tang screw" does anyone here know where i could find a bolt of similar size and thread size? home depot? rona?

Bad news they are brown and sharpe threads 55degrees not 60degrees. Rock solid in the states has them but they do not ship
 
The world is going to end because of shipping a screw across the border :).

I think a similar screw from just about any Mosin will work so you should be okay for a replacement from surplus parts.

I'm not sure of the screw dimensions or threading so I can't comment on a newly made replacement piece.

Liberty Tree have them in U.S. If you dont find in canada and can wait a little, send me a pm,i have fews parts to get from Liberty probably next week.

I simply bought one more Mosin (again) and set aside the one with the least amount of rifleing in the bore and using it for spare parts. For $100 plus shipping it was cheaper than getting various parts.
