I ordered my scope from Detroit MI. It cost me $209 all in, with the Russia markings. I can't find the site, but maybe someone out there knows it. "General Zhukov" something or other. I know it starts with General "Blah Blah Blah" but I can't find it. He was great and if I could recomend anybody it would be him. Hope this helps and you find him.
