Mossberg 144 lsb

Hi!
I'm looking for some info about how to modify or replace the trigger on my mossy. She's narrow and stiff. I love the gun but the people at mossberg seemed to have overlooked the trigger when they designed this fine rifle. I understand the trigger might be adjustable but I'm no gunsmith and I can't seem to find any instructions on it.

I think these triggers are adjustable (been a while). It's in front of the trigger

Thanks guys, I will have a look. It must be under the trigger guard. I hope it's this easy. I just got another mossy today, it's a 46b it doesn't have sights as good as the Lyman sights that came with the 144 but they look pretty neat. The front sights have 3 or 4 little flick up objectives and at the back en there is a little peep sight. As far as triggers go though, it seems to be the same or very similar.

You have to remove the action from the stock on both models to adjust the trigger I believe.
